This page contains links to various pages with Denn Santoro's photos of Summerfest 2006. The displays are set up as thumbnails and links to larger versions of the images. The images are still fairly small and low resolution but decent for web viewing. Prints in various sizes, either matted and mounted or framed, matted and mounted are available. This gallery is not edited extensively. Of the nearly 1,100 pictures taken at summerfest 676 are up here. The really good ones are there and many others are also posted as they may be of interest to the subjects or otherwise give an interesting impression of the festival. Summerfest is a bit overwhelming in its scope and there is always too much going on to see and hear it all. I think the gallery reflects that too. Take your time. Browse. See what catches your attention. Or open the first picture and click next until you have seen it all or run out of steam. Performers who don't feel like going through the whole set can contact me and I'll give you a better idea where you are. The pictures are posted pretty much chronologically as well so you can also narrow it down by knowing when you were performing.
Photographer's note: As you look through this gallery remember that I primarily take architectural photos. While these work as pictures of people, also note the structural elements in them (booms, mic stands, monitors, tent seams, etc.) to get a different perspective on the shots.
